Road, within easy reach of the Spar Complex Theatre on South Beach. The railway station and coach park are all within five
minutes walk of the guest house.
The Guest House is open all year round and offers Parking Permits to Residents which can be used around town in permitted
zones for overnight street parking. We have Six rooms; with a choice of family rooms, which sleep 3 or 4 persons, a twin
bedroom, a four poster bedroom and two single rooms. All room have wash basins, hand towels, tea and coffee making
facilities and colour TV's.
The property is spread over two floors with:- one toilet, one toilet / shower room and one toilet / bathroom, all on the first floor
landing.
The ground floor dinning room seats 14. We have a guest lounge and a licensed bar which serves a wide range of draught
beers, larger, wines and spirits.
Rooms are available to let :- ROOM ONLY, B&B, B&B with EVENING MEAL of home cooked food.
Prices are based on per person with discounts for children, OAP's and long stay. This will vary between summer and closed
season. Whatever your choice of stay, you shall receive a WARM AND FRIENDLY WELCOME from your hosts and our motto is:
